Once you have seen a property you would like to view please contact our office on 0151 263 1527.

We will then arrange a suitable date/time for you to view the property.

If you are interested in the property you have viewed please complete an application form
If your application is successful we will require a deposit
We will confirm a moving in date
You will be required to inform the council tax and utility companies that you have moved in

Tenancy Maintenance Issues

We are not an agent

We do not charge an administration fee

Most letting agents charge administration fee to process your tenancy application. This fee is payable whether your application is successful or not. At John Parry Estates we do not charge any fees.

Assist with your needs or problems
Keep your rental property fairly maintained for the duration of your tenancy
Provide a high level of service
